Cancellation and Refund Policy.

• Cancellation charge 2%.
• No refund will be given cancellation after 24 hrs. of booking.
• Refund will be process within 7 working days.
• No cash will be refund to customer.
• For refund, customer will have to mail us the following details from registered ID, Name, Contact Number, IFSC Code & Bank account number to bspoke.unisexsalon@gmail.com

BSpoke Offers and Booking Policy

• Offer valid on online transaction only.
• This offer is not applicable on discounted products.
• Hair related services always depend on the length and condition of the hair so the price may be vary from the booking price and same will be confirm post consultation by Hairdresser.
• Disposable charges are applicable and after the service customer will pay at salon.
• After booking the service, if the customers come late by more than fifteen munities from the service start time then he/she will have to wait for the next available slots.
• Charges mentioned in website are excluding GST.
