BSpoke Appointment Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment

Refund after deducting 2.5% payment processing charges.

Refund will be processed within 24 hours of approval.

2. Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment

50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

3. No-show or cancellation after the scheduled appointment time

No refund will be applicable.

4. Refund timeline

BSpoke will initiate the refund within 24 hours of approval.

The refunded amount is generally credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days, depending on the customer's bank or payment service provider.

5. Payment method

Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used for the booking.

6. Salon-initiated cancellation

If BSpoke cancels or is unable to provide the booked service, the customer will receive a 100% refund, including any payment processing charges.

BSpoke Offers and Booking Policy

Offer valid on online transection only.

This offer is not applicable on discounted products.

Hair related services always depend on the length and condition of the hair so the price may be vary from the booking price and same will be confirm post consultation by Hairdresser.

Disposable charges are applicable and after the service customer will pay at salon.

After booking the service, if the customers come late by more than fifteen munities from the service start time then he/she will have to wait for the next available slots.

Charges mentioned in website are excluding GST.
