To my surprise they provided excellent service. Especially, I was very happy with Preeti who did the haircut, she did it with a lot of patience and accuracy. Tried to give that haircut which I demanded. Eventually she was successful in giving a look to my niece that suited her. Other staffs were equally sweet and very friendly. Surely visit once as I am sure you would be pleased with their service. I tried to upload the video I took but it is not getting uploaded. We wanted a very light shade, but instead received one of the darkest shades. His whole look was ruined while we had a family wedding around the corner! So disappointing! My global hair colour was chosen without asking my opinion! That was so disrespectful! My waxing, hair spa, shampoo and pedicure, all were done in a hurry. It was not relaxing at all. In fact it was very rough and painful. My nails were not even cleaned during pedicure! And on top of that, they were continuously annoying us to buy their products and services. Not recommended.
